Your trademark is idle. Someone needs it.

An unused registered trademark still costs renewals and, after five years without genuine use, becomes vulnerable to revocation. Selling it turns it back into an asset.

What you can sell

Registered trademarks

Spanish, European Union and international, in any of the 45 Nice classes. They must be granted and in force.

Domain names

Generic and country-code. Aged domains, those with traffic, or exact-match terms attract the most interest.

Trademark and domain bundles

If you own both the trademark and its matching domain, selling them together multiplies interest: the buyer gets a business ready to launch.

How it works

Tell us what you own

File number, classes and territory. We check the registry status and tell you whether the asset is sellable as it stands.

Set price and visibility

You decide whether to publish a fixed price or leave it on request, and whether to appear as proprietor or sell confidentially.

We list and screen

The asset goes live. We receive enquiries, screen out the non-serious ones and pass on genuine offers.

Close and record

Assignment agreement, payment and recordal before the OEPM, EUIPO or WIPO. Ownership stays yours until the transfer is completed.

Confidential sale

There are legitimate reasons not to advertise that you are selling: a restructuring under way, a competitor who might read it as a market exit, or plain discretion. We can list the asset without identifying you and negotiate on behalf of third parties. Your name only appears when the assignment is signed, because at that point it must.

Frequently asked questions

What can I list on DomiMark?

Spanish, European Union and international trademarks that are registered and in force, domain names, and bundles pairing a trademark with its matching domain. The trademark must be granted: we do not accept pending applications or lapsed registrations.

Can I sell without my name appearing?

Yes. We list the asset without identifying the proprietor and negotiate on behalf of third parties. The buyer only learns your identity once the deal is formalised, which is when it must appear on the assignment deed.

What does it cost to list a trademark?

Listing costs nothing. Fees are only due if the sale closes. [TO REVIEW: state the percentage or commission model here.]

Do I have to set a price?

No. You can publish a fixed price or leave it on request and assess each offer. Most assets in the catalogue are listed on request.

How long does a trademark take to sell?

It depends on the sector, the Nice classes it covers and the price. A trademark in a sought-after class may attract enquiries within weeks; others stay listed for months. [TO REVIEW: add a real average if you track it.]

What happens after I accept an offer?

The assignment agreement is signed and the transfer is recorded before the relevant office — OEPM, EUIPO or WIPO. Ownership remains yours until the recordal is completed. We handle the filing.

Shall we start?

Send us the file number or the domain and we will tell you what can be done with it.
